Process required to get data into local database:

2. getSurveys.php (identifies the surveys and calls:

getData.php to import the data)

3. getQuestions.php

Then the reportTemplate.html will work correctly

backup database:

mysqldump -u username -p > backup.sql
|
|

restore database:

mysql -u username -p < backup.sql
|
