Currently this is messy, and opens up another php page which streams all data everywhere and is confusing to user. Remove second page and make all data importing occur server side.

To be done, ONCE it has been confirmed that people can ACCURATELY clone a database!

As this code is now no longer being developed in favour of the 'survey tool' (MARS - Methodical Analysis and Reporting Software). This issue can now be ignored.
